Syn-Turf USA, LLC, doing business as Turf USA, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information from website visitors, customers, prospective customers, and people who contact us.
Information we collect and use
When you contact us or do business with us, we may collect your name, company, contact details, address, project or order information, and information you provide for a purchase. We use it to answer questions, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange pickup or delivery, provide customer service, and communicate about our products and services.
Our website may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, pages visited, and referring site. We use this information to operate and improve the site, understand its use, and tailor content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.
Calls and AI tools
Calls and voicemails may be recorded or transcribed. Our RingCentral AI Receptionist may collect the details you provide and send summaries to Turf USA staff so they can respond.
If you use our website’s AI Product Assistant, your question and recent chat messages are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate an answer. The assistant does not access your customer account or order history. Please do not enter payment details or other confidential information in the chat. The website does not intentionally save chat transcripts in WordPress, although routine website logs and OpenAI’s data practices may still apply.
How information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists. Service providers may process information on our behalf for website hosting, communications, payments, analytics, customer support, or deliveries. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, our business, or our rights.
No mobile opt-in information or text-message consent is shared with third parties or affiliates. Our messaging provider processes phone numbers and message content on our behalf to deliver and manage texts.
Text messaging terms
If you agree to receive texts from Turf USA, we may send customer care messages, requested product information or sales contact details, order confirmations, pickup or delivery updates, and invoice notices. A request for a single product link authorizes only that requested text unless you separately agree to other messages. We do not send promotional texts without separate consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. You may also contact sales@turfusa.com. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy from us.
Your choices and questions
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to information we must retain for orders, legal obligations, or security. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
